Boar Game Meat |
| Place a whole ham
or hams on a smoker with water and light hickory
wood chips. Cook on low for around 3 hours until
light pink in the middle. Remove, pull and cut
strips of bite size pieces. Mix pieces of pork
with your favorite BBQ sauce and Everglades Spice.
Place in crock pot at 165 degrees for 1 hour,
stirring every 15 to 20 minutes. "Wall-La"
all you need is hamburger buns. |

Bob's Baked Beans! |
| Place two large 16
oz cans of your favorite baked beans in a large
mixing bowl. Mix in the following ingredients,
1/4 cup brown sugar, one table spoon onion power,
1/4 cup ketchup, one table spoon of yellow mustard,
bacon pieces ( either fried bacon crumbled or
packaged pieces ), one table spoon liquid smoke,
one cup of precooked wild boar or venison ( cubed
cut ). Divide and place in aluminum cake tins
in a smoker for 12 -14 hours with your favorite
wood chips. |

| VENISON
CHILI!! |
| Place two chopped
onions, 1/2 tsp. oregano,four pounds of venison,
40 oz. of ketchup, 6 tsp. chili powder, two cans
of your favorite beans, 4 tsp. of garlic powder,
three cans of tomatoes, and a dash of oregano
all in a pot and cook on low for around three
to four hours. Add your hot sauce and cheese,
then belly up to the table and watch the game. |
